Here's my honest review. I have been using this bike for over 1.5 years and have driven it for 25k kms. Pros: Smooth engine. Super comfortable and wonderful machine for touring. Return good milage in both highways and city. (Above 30 in city traffic) Low maintenance in terms of filter and engine oil. Clutch is a bit stiff and riders under 5.7 will be bit uncomfortable as the bike is tall Cons: Out of excitement I missed doing a predelivery inspection. There was a knocking sound from the front shocks when breaks were applied or when i used to hit a pothole. I brought this to the mechanic's notice at the very first service and I have approached them for the same issue 5 times. Every time they would just tighten some nut and return the bike saying it's fixed. Last time they replaced the coneset still the sound came back after a few hundred kms. I'm frustrated with Suzuki's service. I commute is mostly on highways and traffic never off-road. I wonder how many issues might arise if I go for off-roading. Next is quality of switches: all switches stopped functioning properly after 10k kms. They never replaced it even after complaining several times. I'm facing this issue from reputed service centres from both Udupi and Bangalore(Karnataka). Another issue is suspension is too stiff and the suspension travel is low. Your arms get punished each time you hit a pothole. The worst part is resale value for this bike is too low.
