India Yamaha Motors has introduced three new dual-tone colour schemes for the Alpha scooter. The three new colours are rocking red, beaming blue and gleaming gold.
The Japanese manufacturer is gearing up for the festive season, which usually sees an increase in sales. The new paint schemes do not reflect the best of Yamaha and the bikes will cost Rs 1,000 over the regular models.
The Yamaha Alpha is powered by an 113cc single cylinder four-stroke, air-cooled engine with Blue Core technology that produces 7bhp at 7500rpm and peak torque of 8.1Nm at 5000rpm. The engine comes mated to a CVT automatic gearbox and Yamaha claims an ARAI fuel efficiency of 66kmpl for this scooter.
The Yamaha Alpha is now available in eight colour options and can be booked at all the Yamaha dealerships.
